Annual Parking Rates

We offer a variety of options to suit your needs. All our annual contracts include 12 transfers (24 total movements in and out) and a free exterior car wash upon vehicle drop-off.

Rates by parking type:

• Standard Outdoor Parking:
  €325/year
  Renewal: €299 (if renewed 30 days before the contract ends)
• Covered Outdoor Parking (metal roof – ideal for convertibles):
  €579/year
  Renewal: €549 (if renewed 30 days before the contract ends)
• Underground Covered Parking:
  €800 for the first year
  €1,000 for the second year
  €950 for the third year

Annual Package Deals:

• Standard Outdoor Parking:
  2 years: €600
  3 years: €850
• Covered Outdoor Parking (metal roof):
  2 years: €1,000
  3 years: €1,450
• Underground Covered Parking:
  2 years: €1,600
  3 years: €2,499

Additional Services:

• Workshop Services: General vehicle repairs
• Insurance Company Coordination: In case of an accident
• Vehicle Inspection (ITV): If these services are required, we will always send a quote and only begin once the customer approves.
